A mindful, unhurried flow that emphasizes breath, alignment, and presence. Poses are held longer than in Vinyasa, allowing time to build strength, stability, and awareness. This class is grounding, soothing, and deeply nourishing for the nervous system.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or schedule, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund. Class schedule is subject to change. We need at least 3 students per class to open the studio. If a class has less than 3 students per class, the teacher will contact the student(s) within 12 hours of the class start to share a Zoom link and the class will be held virtually.
