Class Purchases

• Single classes and class packs are non-refundable.

• Missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
   

Workshops, Series, and Special Events

• Workshops, series, retreats, and special events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of registration.

• If Lotus on Main cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund or credit.
   

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In limited cases and at our sole discretion, we may offer a class credit (not a refund). All such decisions are final.
 

Studio Cancellations

If Lotus on Main cancels a class or service, you will receive a credit or refund, depending on the original form of payment and the nature of the service.
